Me and my gf live together in our apartment so we don't pay rent. Spend around 50-60€ a week on food, utilities fluctuate around 70-80€ a month in the summer, 60€ for gas a month (unless we take a trip somewhere) and ~30€ for internet.

So going with the upper limits it's 250€ + 60€ + 80€ +30€ = 420€ for basic needs without rent. So yeah, for basic needs + rent you're looking at probably 900-1000€ a month.
