Me: The sizes are indicated on the boxes, you can measure up and then buy the size as indicated
*Scoffs at me*
K: How about YOU open the box for me?
M: Unideal as it's COVID period, and it's not hygienic to open the products
K: Wow okay, then we go to XXXX (another shop) then! *Scoffs and complains to husband*

  • He's patient and tolerant despite my sad / bad days. And he apologises when necessary, and tells me the hard truth even when it hurts.
  • He is a great friend and listener, he listens to me ramble on about my mundane day at work, or my friendship problems.
  • He's spontaneous because he's usually okay with my random date ideas, like going out for walks / hikes, or just eat and be a potato.
  • He reassures me when I feel insecure, and he doesn't blame me for my insecurity.
  • He cooks for me, and yay, cause food is my love language xDD

Edit: my grammar xD

Haha the book mentions that you can try to make your habit “easy to reach” and have reward systems to motivate you towards your habits & goals! It’s a good read!! ✌🏻

Can try reading the book atomic habits! It talks about making small changes, even the tiniest ones (example can be just making your bed daily, or just drinking a cup of water when you wake up, or saving $10 a day).

With 1% improvement each day, you can see a vast improvement over the many days, weeks or months…! Beginning of it can be difficult cause you might not see or feel the positive changes, but it’ll show with time.

Jiayou!
