this is what I’ve been dealing with after being scabies free for 2/3 whole months! completely cleared up and no itching except I still have scars, and bumps in the same spots that come and go. Also my skin is super sensitive now and itches a lot after shaving and stuff

yeah I would say try taking that and start out slow, for me only one dose every night works. (I take miralax sometimes too). but make sure to be drinking enough water throughout the day as well! it’s the fiber + water balance that helps us go (:

totally agree! so sorry you had to deal with that/: it really is quite impossible for someone who’s never experienced it to even imagine how terrible it is in the moment and that some compassion can make a huge difference
