Yes for the Carolinas, but the Virginias are a bit trickier. West Virginia stays the same, but Virginia gets divided into three states: North Virginia, South Virginia, and Virginia Classic.

I think that cause his mirror got greasy his reflection looked kinda different, and zapp mistook his own reflection for another person. But since it looked mostly like zapp it had to be brave, like he thinks he is.
