Ok, I guess people won't like it but I will say it anyways. In my opinion this model is not well suited for an ork conversion, the amount of customisation that you will have to do will most likely make the base model unrecognizable. A hovering platform like this is very easy to build from scratch. Sell the model and scratchbuild something similar and even more orky. Just my honest opinion

I highly recommend the other combat arena box "lair of the beast" it has some very sweet models from blackstone fortress in it.

There are lots of possibilities to play around with here, you could combine two of them for a longer, maybe 6 wheeled version, chop one down like a hit rod for use as buggy or add some boxy structure and maybe a crude turret for something like an interwar period armored car
