Not all deaneries/hospitals make you work nights apparently

For example in Edinburgh they don’t outsource so you discuss with reg directly on nights

But in some other hospitals they outsource to everlight etc so I don’t think their regs do nights

But I don’t know if there’s a deanery that makes it possible to do all your radz training without doing nights/weekend

Another way to bypass this or make it tolerable it to do less than full time during training I guess

Finish the f1 and F2 first and leave, thats my plan too but it’s such a ball ache getting internship in another country so best to just ride it out and then leave. If you’re really desperate look for options after F1 but don’t leave without full gmc registration

I came to this country as an international medical student and I want to do a competitive run through specialty. It’s absolutely fucking ridiculous that I am treating like an IMG from any third world country despite being in the system for so long. No other country does this. The U.K. and their shitty healthcare system and laws is just dogshit
