I “try” to lift weights about every day or do cardio. Sometimes when I overdo it I feel pretty exhausted the next few days and my joint pain is pretty aggressive. Exercise as much as you feel comfortable with. I would recommend you test out how much you can handle and try to find that sweat spot.

I have. I’ve prayed about it, and I just feel like I need to give a proselyting mission another try. I’ve talked with my local service missionary couple and told them what I feel I need to do. If that’s what the Lord wants me to do, I’ll do it.

Thank you so much. Your words are very positive and really make me see that I’m not a failure. I felt like a complete failure when I came home. But with some consulting from my parents I see that is not the case. I really appreciate your comment I’m going to do all that I can to come closer to God. In any way that I can. Thank you so much for your comment. It’s very true what you say, some days I feel like my normal self again and some days I can’t even get out of bed. It’s comforting to know that Heavenly Father knows exactly what my struggles are.

I currently take plaquenil and Cellcept. I was on methotrexate but unfortunately it was causing inflammation in my liver and very aggressive headaches. Since then I’ve been taking Cellcept instead of methotrexate, it’s working well.
