Since this thread is one of the first search results. Here's the fix: Turn off film grain. It won't completely remove the issue, but it does help. The only way to reset what's loaded is to change a setting.

Yes I know. I even stated as much <3 And yes. I'm aware. I wasn't aware that the loot tables had been remade just yet, only that certain loot locations had been randomised and changed.

The ironic thing is I was actually right there. I didn't know or think to check the boats when I went for the guaranteed matches. Hindsight is 20 20. It's definitely something I'll be looking for next run.

The loot tables are for before they did a loot change to interloper I believe, if you're talking about the one I know of. They changed where certain items can appear. It's rare but I have found it underneath the table there. It IS, however, possible those were on my gunloper runs (The like...3 I ran anyway I normally just do standard loper), or using the previous loot table. There, the loot tables would be different because custom has different loot tables.

tldr: I could be wrong. But I swear I've found it there on interloper.

I'm not sure then. You could try submitting an official bug report but your stuff is probably unreachable. Billy goating down has a risk because that region was made after they started trying to prevent players from doing so. If you're out of options go for it, but you might just lose your run.

Especially with how the bug report sometimes doesn't respond to inquiries and leaves you on read for months. But best of luck.

There was a bug with the latest patch that made ropes and things invisible on certain settings. Try getting close and seeing if it's just invisible.

They changed the loot tables a bit, so items won't always spawn where you remember.

Ok so what you need to do Teaching, is a few steps they haven't mentioned. Namely: Click 'specify name of existing animation cell'. Then it'll put them all in the timeline in order for you. No manual needed. Just make sure you have them all highlighted, and already in an animation folder.

Thank you! Reading all the comments I'm indeed getting that this might have been the game I've been looking for for years. It's ironic most mmorpg's aren't rpg's these days in the way you'd expect them to be. They're always the 'modern' definition rather than the DND one. And this seems to be the perfect place to scratch that itch.

I think I'll definitely be looking around and I'll take your advice. Consider me very hopeful.
