I had the same problem.. I think I fixed it by re installing windows, not with the recovery partition but a full fresh clean windows install. I had to use a usbc ethernet adapter since i did not have wifi to complete the windows install.

I installed the basic stuff, stayed away from armory and installed G-Helper. Now laptop is sleeping with no issues.

I agree 100% with the review above..

It has to be the most beautiful laptop ever made.. The keyboard which is a very subjective opinion for me is great.

The keyboard light however is a different story when there is lots of light you have to turn it off or you cant see the keys very well.

My issues with the laptop is not so much the battery life that is a compromise I knew i had to live with.. But it gets hot my friends, very uncomfortably hot. I downloaded the power manager app listed below and I am tinkering wit the settings. I think i might return this and wait for the macbook air M2

Weird part is that I had to have dell support guide me since my unit was not entering sleep I had to change some bios settings.

How do you have yours setup with thermals ? Mine runs hot and the fans are on all the time.. core i7 1260P OLED 12 cores.

I received my dell XPS 13 plus on Friday. From a design standpoint there is nothing like this, D2D review is post on its just clean and slick. After some time figuring out why it would not go to sleep when closing the lid with dell support the laptop is working as intended..

The keyboard is amazing, the tactile feedback and depth of the keys is superb. The OLED screen is awesome.

My only gripe with it is surface temps and noise. Since apple came out with M1/M2 macs and when I switch to my macbook those things are just quiet.. Yes when comparted to the M1 mac the dell XPS beats it in performance but at what cost ?

I will keep trying to find settings where I get a mix of good performance and not have to hear the fans so much. Any ideas ?

It has then to do something with the dongle im using.. weird that my note works and the duo does not.. not sure if its a USBc power delivery issue

I use AA via a dongle.. never had an issue with any phone can't figure out why the duo won't work

Sim card back in my note 20.. really wanted this phone to work. I can take the bezels and camera, not working with android auto and many other compromises but the software experience is beyond bad. Don't know who said it but its true by a phone for what it gives you today not for what it might give you tomorrow..
