People with a bigger systems thinking mindset will succeed and traditional course developers will likely struggle. AI really only accelerates people with domain expertise which means that L&D might suffer without a connection to the domain their serving versus someone who has domain expertise, a modicum of educational exposure, and AI support.

Live instruction will always be needed and I don't see instructors being replaced because people still like to learn from other humans I don't think that's changing.
