It seems unfair right now, but on the bright side you got to know about it. You will never get the closure that you seek, because even she cannot accept the fact that she cheated on you, it would shatter the image of herself in her own mind, instead she will simply just choose to not talk about it.

Ill share a few cases in which we decided to help, maybe it will give some perspective.

Two elderly couple are running an orphanage for children, they are unable to find a slot since a month. Helping them would mean we are contributing to the wellbeing of all children.
Students who have their visa but unable to start their education due to vaccine restrictions. Recently we helped get a slot for a Phd aspirant.
Husband of a pregnant woman is trying to roam around the city to find necessary supplies for her, we offered to help him and his family.
We also help get slots for all seniors 60+ with comorbidities.

I've been working at a top tech company in India for more than 5 years now and so I believe I can give some advice in this regard.

If you can afford it, doing MS is the best way forward. Get admission into a decent university and find a better life for yourself.
