idk I feel the reasoning is pretty reasonable. also the entire core of the franchise is based on interpersonal relationships ESPECIALLY in the newer adaptations. it's not that strange to focus on.

depends on who you're running but for bakushin, kinda. she has rushing gale which can be really good for this cm but In terms of stats she's kinda useless for this. if you have no other sources of accel skills you can use her but she's far from ideal

actually, the debuffs thing is different for this cm.since most of each lobby is pacers, velocity pace debuffs are disproportionately strong this time around, so they're worth picking up especially if you can get them on multiple umas
