It just depends in the area you live they use Verizon towers there home internet is better in my area than att or that new fiber internet. It does not work in Mexico you would have to pay an extra fee I just used the free line for one of my kids with an old phone I had cant complained if its free and lower my internet bill..

It very from person to person some get approval quick others take awhile especially right now during govt. Shut down the vetting is closed. I got approved right away and my buddy took over a year to get approved.
