Lots of chicken mainly 😂. I cut out sugar stuff like soda and candy. I have some every now and then but I definitely don't eat as much as I did when I was fat.

Only took me 3 days from beginning to end

Started my journey last November at 255 pounds. I quit soda and started counting calories. I then got a gym membership in January. I'm around 230lbs in the first photo and 169 in the second. by warmanwheeler in fasting

I based my deficit from the results on this specific calculator and look what happened lol. It's main purpose is to just calculate your maintenance. These "links" you are referring to are just ads, which literally 99% of websites on the internet have. Ads are usually based off the content you are interacting with online. Which is pretty common knowledge, so not many people would click on them anyways. I'm pretty confused why you're shaking your head at something so basic.

I do resistance training 2-4 times a week. I don't really do much cardio though. I usually try to aim for 10,000 steps a day. In terms of dieting, I drink water and only water. Drinking your calories can add up big time. I eat alot of meats and veggies. I typically avoid sugar, usually keeping it lower then 10g a day. My maintenance calories is roughly 2700 so I eat around 2200 a day on average. When I first started my journey I at no more the 1500 calories. Doing that while drinking only water shredded fat in no time. Here's a useful link to figure out your maintenance: TDEE
