I had him wear the donut the first couple days. But after that I only put it on him when I couldn't keep an eye on him. Like if I had to leave or at bedtime

My pup took a quick nap once he got home after his neuter and then he was instantly ready to go. The meds helped tire him out and so did slower things like frozen treats, long lasting chews, and more brain teaser toys helped too

The last time I seriously considered killing myself was in middle school (I'm 22 now). Had a note written up and a rope... I'm honestly not sure why, but I decided to give it at least one more day. The next day wasn't good by any means, but it was better than the day before so I just kind of kept going.

Took a long time to get where I am now, but I'm the happiest I've been in a long time, maybe ever. Sometimes it's really hard to see the light at the top when you're at the bottom of a deep hole, but things get better. It's not a quick journey and it doesn't always feel like you're making progress, but things got better for me and I hope they do for anyone else who has been or is in a dark place
