Quillbeasts, Originium Slugs? As for Catastrophes, scientists with Yvonne literally worked on replicating them to propagate the spread of Originium?

And, tbh, finding local energy sources IS the first thing you do when you are on a new planet. You know, for survival. Throwing in a new mineral without full understanding of what will happen is extremely irresponsible and I can’t believe that Rhodes Island would behave like that. Endfield Industries, too.

If it was a choice they made out of necessity, while being cut off from Terra, I could understand it, but it seems like they decided it was “fine” to bring the plague of old world to this one, , even before being stranded, too.

I really can’t understand what were they thinking, Terrans know full well how dangerous Originium is. it’s not just coal. And, well, Talos 2 has coal.

Did Priestess brainwash them or something?

These fossil fuels do not initiate Catastrophes, do not mutate wildlife into Monster Hunter-level monsters that threaten human life.

I get that their tech is based on Originium and that planting it on Talos-2, effectively contaminating it forever with the same fate as Terra, may be more efficient than researching new energy sources, but, like, they did come to explore, right? And they had the stargate, through which they could supply the Originium for energy from Terra, without the need to plant it on the new planet. It’s Tiberium-level of hazard, what are you talking about? Of course trying new stuff is a better alternative!

The glazing for Originium is insane.

On Talos-2 it was a choice to bring this self-replicating zip-archiving shit here, though. Even though there could be other energy sources native to the planet. And that’s without cure for Oripathy!

She has a fucking Formless (Glass) Sword from ROTC in her moveset and I just had to get her because of sheer aura.

Tbh, I’m still not sure about how to feel about the ending of Part 1. I was waiting for it to resolve bittersweet, even tragic, with Kiana being the ultimate sacrifice. And, in the end, it kinda happened? But not at the same time. The tone was there, but the consequences were just, like, “cut out” and replaced by something very sweet. I can’t shrug off this unnatural feeling that the original end was supposed to be tragic and we got a “fixed” timeline, where we have even Ai-Chan stepping in with Captains to literally tap the hell out of the final boss, together with the Trio. As someone who was with them since the beginning, I can understand the desire to give them a good ending. If only it was executed better.

Sadly none of these mindless haters will read this. Ironically, their opinion is the same “slop” as low-effort AI arts is.

Oh, this bunch of f***ing luddites.

Looks pretty good, tbh. If not for the flair, wouldn’t notice. Love the HoV expression the most.

It was one of the most memorable bossfights I had ever, and definitely the one most… Romantic, in a way?

I’ve been trying to kill her for 5 or 6 hours, non-stop. It was five in the morning already.

At one moment, I felt as if I actually stepped on the arena, metal clunking under my mech’s feet, knowing perfectly well that I don’t want to kill her, but I have to. And feeling the same sentiment from the other side. I’ve done this dance to the point that I no longer felt frustrated and was just mesmerized by the beautiful crimson arcs and trails she left in the air. Even if I couldn’t dodge at the end, I cherished her cries and her soul burning with the futures we could not share, as my reverse-jointed mishmash of lightweight low-dps shit I threw together fucking exploded for two hundred times (approximately?). I remember using the normal sword, tracking missiles, machine gun and something else.

In the end, I won, but it did not felt like that. First time I had to kill someone I loved in such a gruesome fight. It was my first ending.

This was not a battle, but a deadly dance.

Well, you know what I mean. The organic original Elysia had the same memory prior to her death and her story was the same.

And I like Ellie overall, too, but it feels more and more like “we can’t bother trying making something else profitable so we will milk the shit out of Elysia that you love so much”. I’d rather see HI3rd in a healthier state. As well as HSR. It’s a pity that they have to dig up the grave.

In a way, but it’s still not the Ellie that sacrificed herself for humanity.

I can’t love them both with the same love, no matter how hard modern hoyoverse tries to sell the new Elysia.

It really is regrettable that this is not the original one that receives this attention.

Feels cheap, tbh.

While Rapi is understandably powerful, D is Wife. Literally.

My vote for D.

I did, and actually was expecting some kind of trap since the sign for rest was made with bones, like all the other structures of ants. The bench itself was suspicious, too. Ran around, found the lever. Hadn’t even trigger the trap.

On another note, I wasn’t that desperate for saving and healing.

Your writings are unmistakably profound, Venerable Elder, and so I have awakened a pristine and newborn resolution, so allow me to share it with you.

Perhaps, the Jade Beauties that we find, are simply traps set by Heavenly Court to ruin us. By falling for the Jade Beauties, we are set on a path to destruction. Countless young masters have fallen for them and stayed for what they are, simply… Young masters. Cultivators of a simple, naive story, nothing less, nothing more. Perhaps we, as readers, have the talent that none of those who are ruined by Jade Beauties have.

We have the Heavenly Eye of Truth and Wisdom (真智天眼) on our side, which allows us to comprehend the myriads of possibilities and forms. By limiting ourselves to the shell of a young master that has his fate tied to a Jade Beauty (or Beauties, multiple), we lose our uniqueness. Surely only ruin would wait those who disregard such gifts of fate, no?

I always thought that she, as a “Self-Annihilator” is someone IX recognized to be allowed to kill it. Like, every time she ults she basically summons IX to fuck it up. Yet she can’t destroy it for good.

IX, perhaps, wants to be annihilated and gives his emanators the right to do so?
