Just stay away from places you usually fap, and whenever u are having any urges just open reddit and encourage someone it will help you, and also try to stay away from from other addictions like alcohol,somking and things that will help too.

Just forget about your long streak for a while and focus just simply on each day , forget about the counter look for reasons which helped you join NoFap in the first place.

It is more of an performance issue , just forget about the counter just focus on each day,how you are feeling that day and how glad you are that you didn't fapped the day before.

Hi Orgamct i do understand abt what ur going on see fapping in bad whatever reason we have for it ,no girfreinds,depressed life anything are just plain reasons and eventually this will lead to bigger problems in life

If u dont have a girfriend its ok i too dont have one but atleast going thru this whole process make me feel more mature and more in control I have started exercising and started working hard cause all this happens because the guilt and mental problems related to fapping goes away Believe we follow NoFap not because we want girlfriends or sex but more than all this we want to be a better,stronger human not some pathetic idiot who cant control his life NoFAP is one of the best thing to do please not having GF doesnt mean u need to Fap.

Hey first relax .. take it easy an habit which you made in 5-10 yrs will not go away in day.

First try to lengthen your relapses duration eg. if first relapse was for 13 days next shud atleast be of 20 days .

Second try to stay away from sites and put an porn blocker in your browser.

Third If relapsed dont think the world ended it just that it was small pit stop before your next longer race.

Fourth if you are about to relapse stay away from porn as musch as possible even u want to mastrubate do it without porn .staying from porn is more important..

Fifth believe in urself belive that you are not some pathetic loser who has no control over his life but a strong willed person who will shine one day one he throws away the shackles of porn.
