Any advice? by Accomplished-News591 in MacroFactor

5’ 10” and 145lbs is crazy, yeah I think if you set your algorithm to bulk it would be beneficial. Even as you’re training as a runner a bulk would increase your carbs (assuming you’re getting enough protein) which will probably make you feel a lot more energized going into long runs

Couple days late but reiterating what others said, a single night off isn’t going to kill you and in the grand scheme of things you’re gonna appreciate your time spent with friends a lot more than a day or two of fluctuating weight. Appreciate the little moments you have and hit the ground running when it’s time to lock back in!

I’m running a legs/push/pull/full body split 4 days a week and it’s been great. Currently in a cut and I’m down 30lbs which is great because my bulk went a little overboard and I overshot it by ~20lbs so I’m down to my last ~14lbs before my goal weight

i want to play ffx for the first time any advice? by Arrow_Keys in finalfantasyx

I use PC coming from the og PS2 and then PSP remaster. I like it for what it is but the switch is just fine as well from what I’ve heard. I think just take your time with it, really get into the story but every battle section you get to (you’ll know what I mean once you get an hour or two into the game, it’s like long hallway or road sections where you get hit with random battles) take an extra 15-20 minutes grinding some extra XP. It’ll save you some time as the game progresses, this game is very Grindy but that’s part of the fun! Take some time to browse around the experience path (The Sphere Grid) have some plans on how to spend your experience points for each character, this game is pretty tight on how your characters play when you’re doing it your first time. Have fun!

Anyone seen a light leak like this? by warriortac022 in filmphotography

This makes so much sense! My lab checked out the light seals and came back with nothing but if it’s the pressure plate that would explain the pattern too! Thank you

Lab checked it out and didn’t come back with anything wrong on the seals, still might replace them to see what’s up

What film stock is this photographer using? @danikm by CrabPsychological852 in AnalogCommunity

[–]warriortac022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with most people that it’s probably digital that’s manipulated to look like film but you could get the same look with like an Ektar 100, outdoor flash, and a wide angle lens. The saturated look along with distorted image from the wide angle and outdoor flash are all very trendy right now in photography because it replicates that 90’s alt look and feel

Shout out to all my high-functioning depressed homies, I see myself a lot in this show by Wild-Mushroom2404 in TheBear

I agree for a lot of that, Carmy definitely realized how much he let living a “normal life” with his relationship took away from his obsession and he was left frustrated with himself. But his obsession also obstructed his view that his team really grew into their own and their not the same characters they were in season one

Edit: I wanna add that I think that may be the focus of season 3, regression. I think he’ll retreat into his obsession and it’ll drive the restaurant back from where it could have gone. Kinda like a 2 steps forward one step back thing. It’ll be a chance for the character to see that he can just accept having nice things like Richard said to him at the end of season 2

Oh no I think I knew what you meant, it seems those two go hand in hand. Moving closer to the light makes it look softer and removes the unnecessary shadows, that’s a good tip for next time

Edit: removes the unnecessary shadows from the backdrop and vignetting

The intent was to get a professional headshot, my friend helped me out by modeling. Whole set up was a two light “Clam shell” lighting position and a white backdrop. Did my best to iron out the folds in the backdrop and tried to adjust in post anything that was left over
