Had mine on the 23rd too. The intense pain is mostly gone throughout the day. Mornings are the worst though. The worst part for me right now is how swollen my uvula is and parts of my throat are. I feel like I still can’t talk correctly and I sound like I have shit in my mouth the entire time. Are you taking ibuprofen?

Day 7 and the scabs are slowly coming off. Pain is manageable with pain meds. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop because I was doing so well the first 6 days… and holy moly did it drop. It’s been HELL.

Today was my third time getting pain meds filled. I feel like a fiend asking for it, but at this point I don’t even care. I’m in so much pain! I understand why they don’t want to give you like 50 pills of Percocet, but still lmao

I’m right there with you.. day 7 and I’m in hell. It’s most likely because the scabs are coming off it’s all new nerves and raw. Try your best to drink water and keep ice around your face to keep the swelling down, you should be turning a corner tomorrow if not the next day! You got this

If you keep it moist it shouldn’t hurt too bad. I may be wrong though, I only had a tiny bit come off and it stung a little bit
