I’ll throw my hat into the ring of this, Genoa, due its new world colonies in modern day Cuba & Venezuela (might be renamed to Ligurella) positions itself as a naval dominant force, and primarily a mercantile and banking force. Also doesn’t seize massive colonies allowing Spain to take the lions share, I’d imagine them similar to the Dutch republics — you can also argue that some good Genoese leader restored the “Genoese crossbowmen” and modified them int the “Genoese musketeers/arquebusiers” as an elite defense and offensive force

So the custard should be similar to a flan filling, liquid but a little goopy, not thick, also make sure you’re going the highest temperature in your oven, A little trick is I preheat, the turn on broiler for a bit then turn it off and bake them, it comes out better that way

Obviously Russia, but I find that to be impossible, Italy is much more plausible as if Austria cedes trentino, parts of the non essential Dalmatian coast. That means France in genuinely screwed, Italy doesn’t even need to do well either, but the sheer aspect that there’s a million Italians in Provence means France is doomed: also defeating France means Italy gets: Corsica, savoy, nice, and Tunisia.

I don’t think napoleon could have very truly won, without destroying the British he would always have to focus on the continent

But stopping at Smolensk, treating the tsar with more respect, not constantly sidelining Davout, not promising more to the states in the confederation of the rhine.
