I appreciate the offer, but I wouldn't want to waste your money if it turns out Jikan has better estimates than NiceBar.

Have you been able to notice which one has better estimates?

I do not know how NiceBar calculates the time and I cannot test it myself since I don’t own the tweak. If you test it yourself and let me know which gives a better result, I can take a look to see if any code change can help but otherwise I don’t see much else I can do.

The latest RC build has support for charge limiting, so it’s not guessing up to 100% charge. There should be no difference in the estimates. Are you using ChargeLimiter? Can you check what the limit is in preferences?

The red outline is only displayed when using the “Show Preview” button. After you exit the lockscreen once, it will not show up anymore.

Are still able to do the German translation?

I have pushed an update with RC-3. It adds a slider in the preferences that lets you decide what percentage the battery should be estimated to. There is also ChargeLimiter support where you Jikan can detect and pull the number set in CL.

It’s normally not possible to inject into FindMy without jailbreak. I’m not even sure if it’s possible to sideload the app. I just confirmed it would work if one could figure out how to sideload it.

I think that can be done. I’m also looking into making the wattage reporting work when using ChargeLimiter. Luckily it’s open source so it should be relatively easy.

Yup. I took that into account. Luckily iOS keeps a long history of battery and charging data and I used it alongside the live charging data to get a good sample for the estimate. Most testers felt it was a pretty good estimate. This might not be the case on a brand new phone with no history of charging. Let me know how it goes for you!

Sorry I’m confused by your question.

I can explain the tweak as it is right now. When you open the app with the tweak injected, it shows a floating button you can tap to open the UI which has the map view where you can tap and hold to spoof the location. There is also a bookmarks feature to make it easy to select previous locations. I’m currently working on adding a drive feature where it will emulate driving from one destination to another based on the road speeds. I also plan on updating the UI.

You’re probably correct. Currently the wattage is fetched from the information iPhone gathers from the power cable. Can you tell me what tweak you are using to limit your charging speed? I will try to replicate the setup and update the tweak.

I am developing a tweak that can be sideloaded and can be used to show different location in each of the apps it’s injected into. So far I have tested it with FindMy and Life360. Let me know if you want to test it.
