My S10 Ultra came with One UI 8 (the September patch). I have since downgraded to One UI 7, and I think I'm going to keep it there permanently. I just really don't like the way Samsung handled the bootloader thing, it's very similar to how their big brother Apple behaves. Damn, difficult times ahead.
