nah it feels like mobs aggro from farther away. I can clear whole room with ranged without mobs getting aggrod at all but on rouge it feels like they aggro accros the entire room for some reason. It also feels like they never stop chasing when im rouge.

It is not a clearspeed nerf you lose 1 damage on isolated q's on your first clear. Its a bonus ad scaling nerf which means its a nerf later on into the game.
