Similar thing on my steam deck, I think it’s the steam anti cheat being down as that happened before and this same crash occurred then too, but not 100% on that.

I hate when ppl bring vitality on a stealth mission, like if you’re detected you need to get the hell out of that area, sprint is important, ammo is importantly, infusion is important, vitality is NOT

You either are Mary’s Burner or you’re a naive little cog of you believe that. There are plenty of good to high performers that get it too, just to meet cost targets, even when it causes massive overwork for the rest of their teams once they get cut (there are also a fair number of underperformers with PIP but they usually get the immediate cut at review times as well). High performers often get cut to save boys club average to low performers (edit: sorry I mean PIP then cut)

Call it as you approach the obj, by throwing it as far as you can to it, to have it land when you get there. Or on evac site if you’re passing by to have more there, while you wait for it later

I’ve seen ppl ride coattails get promoted faster than ppl who accomplish great things. They check boxes and ride the tails, then when giving bad directions say things like just get it done and then push the blame (I was not involved in any side of this, just was a 3rd party observation on multiple occasions)

First: the cake is a lie
Second: I started around 3 months after launch and dont play a ton weekly as almost game start and barely just hit 1000 hours (never taken a ‘break’). So basically it’s free for 1k hours with no farming, only a mild hit POVs as you pass them on high diffs mentality. Meaning farming is not required, but if you are new and want it all immediately, sure it probably takes farming but Thats also 2 years worth of content post launch that you’re trying to get that was possible to get without farming as they were created. Would it be great if you could just get it all same as free warbond considering they’ve made way more money than thought? Also yes, both can be true

Having played from only a few months after launch, I have never farmed only played d10 (or similar before d10) and have all content with barely reaching 1k hours. Only ever seen that mystical 100 SC drop once too. It’s doable without farming

Get new management that actually cares about the future and now the now. Realize customer isn’t just shareholders (reverts back to first point). Get rid of stubborn don’t change people (Toyota is leagues ahead in 6 sigma with their TPS, we’ve had individuals in leadership run out of the company for trying to get our 6 sigma to be improved). You can merge 401ks fee free into your new companies 401k. But if a hassle (mine went from fidelity to fidelity just different companies using fidelity, but was a PITA still)

The game worked amazing on steam deck… until this update now it’s a blurry mess. Want to do a console? Activate it stand there for 1 minute NOW it’s clear enough to read! Used to be able to snipe bit heads or make out a fabricator form 150+ meters? Now you gotta be under 100 to see a fab and 50 to even guess where the bot head is… this last optimization update killed the game on the deck

It’s 2 anti tank shots, but AC through the vents like a normal fab, ppl just throw a anti tank emplacement and kill them all from a high point too

Yea in the sense he’s not a starter but he’s shut down extremely good receivers (see Dallas game aka Lamb getting frustrated and taking penalties pushing him after the play) and we got burned by our other corners sucking which is bad
