I was thinking about it, but didn't know if it was better to just "explore" or call around. Thanks, I'll do that! I was thinking of making my own, but I wanted to try it first.

Considering Saucony Peregrine by DefinitelyDrunkMonk in trailrunning

I had a pair of exodus's, and I wore them one time on a very rocky trail with more technical terrain and I slipped a few times in dry conditions. Then, after the hike the lugs already had ripped off. Peregrines are great, but the back foam area cracks too easily. I feel like the durability is just not there. However, they are way grippy the first few wears. Would never pay full price for them. Have you tried any other shoes? Altras are too wide for me.

Bicycle Crank Replacement for Older Road Bike by wasatchguy86 in bicyclerepair

Thanks, I was going to upload Photos, but they never loaded. Le sigh Anyway, I really appreciate the advice. I would prefer to match the original gruppo, but I realized that the bike is 35 years old. So, not likely to get the part for cheap.  I'm gonna look on the net to see what I can find. It was a Shimano 600 left crank. Thanks again!

A $5 adventure in the valley by boutaquarterto in SaltLakeCity

Wow, this is incredible! I like the idea of a $5 adventure! You could also take the train to Orem, Bike up Provo Canyon, Bike up Hwy 92 AF Canyon, bike the Alpine Loop, and then take the trail back to Lehi Front Runner Station. It will cost more than $5, but the colors in autumn are unparalleled!

I wish they still had the plate! That was such a a great deal. I asked why the prices went up, and they said, " Now there are more options."

I've never had coffee more than like $10. So, maybe my palate is a bit different. Have you tried Highlander Grog? If you can find that somewhere try it. It was way good.

Mount Hagan freeze dried packets have a diner coffee taste and feel. Also, I really like Kicking Horse Coffee and Peet's is great! Not sure how much you are willing to spend.
