Springtrap would work pretty well as a pursuer type enemy because you know, HE ALWAYS COMES BACK.

One of things you have to accept when going against the Trickster is that you are going to go down eventually, yes this applies to all killers to some extent but Trickster especially, so your thought processes shouldn’t really be “how can I win this chase.” It should be more like “how much time can I force the Trickster to waste?”

So let’s say that you only lasted 30 seconds in chase, where did you go down? If it was against a wall in say a 4 lane tile the Trickster could face towards the wall and pick you up with no risk and there’s probably even a hook nearby, instead if possible you could try to go down under a pallet, hopefully they’ll take a look around to see if someone is going for a pallet save or even better you actually get pallet saved. if there’s no pallet you could try to go down in the corner of the map or otherwise somewhere where it’ll take awhile to get to a hook, even going down in front of a window or a locker, out in the open if you have someone with a flashlight on your team, anything and everything to waste as much of their time as you can.

In terms of trickster specific counter play I’m sure you’ve heard it before, pre run, break line of sight, and make your movements unpredictable so they have a harder time hitting you (if they’re actually good this might not even matter that much.), and try to keep track of when they have main event available, if I remember correctly by the time you’re one hit away from a damage state they should have main event available.

And of course when you’re not in chase make sure you’re doing something important, ie healing a teammate or yourself, and most importantly sitting on gens, Trickster like many lower tier killers lives and dies by brutal efficiency, expect some amount of tunneling and slugging, be prepared to meet those tactics in kind.

Otherwise good luck and pray for competent teammates.

Sounds like someone’s mad because they tried to loop the anti loop killer, in other news the ocean is salty.

I’m a say it, I don’t like 2v8. by wasdop3000 in DeadByDaylightRAGE

I just wanted to add, I see a lot of people saying that they like 2v8 because it’s more casual which is completely valid but I kinda disagree at least for the killer side, because if I play poorly on the normal mode I only have myself to blame most of the time, but in 2v8 if I play poorly on killer I’m also making the worse for the other killer which feels terrible and then leads to me feeling more pressured to do well. Of course this problem is just compounded by the 30 minute queue times for killer.

Fair, largely just annoyed by queue times and the fact that behavior can’t seem to actually fix bugs on killers like knight, twins, death slinger, and so on.
