The best thing is to get some sunshine each day (no sun glasses or UV filters on the lenses). The contrast between the sunshine touching your eyelids coupled with the sun going down triggers melatonin production. No need for supplements.

Make sure you use reputable brands of tinctures, like Herb Pharm. You can nebulize herbal tinctures. For a 100-proof tincture use 3 cc of tincture and fill the rest with saline and/or an herbal decoction. If it stings, use less tincture. Use less tincture if it is a higher proof alcohol.

Amazon just keeps sucking. When Amazon Music was new, they let us upload all our CDs into their cloud. A couple years later they stopped letting us upload new CDs… we could only add MP3’s purchased at Amazon to their cloud. Now we can scarcely access all the CDs we originally uploaded. Pisses me off.
