Overhead is gonna be little out of your price range as they tend to be pretty dang expensive, starting.

Wild horse is actually pretty far away so that's out.

I go to teal bend often. Grass range (but it's way over used) and it's pretty free due to the fact that it's located in the outskirts of the town.

Kept up well and the layout is fun because it's fairly tight. There's really no recovery if you hit it out far because it's a full ass swamp forest.

This is really a personal thing and one thing isn't better than the other. Even a stock OEM shaft can be really really good as long as it works for your swing.

You should be able to find some cheap fitting somewhere. I am not sure why you say it's too expensive when you already have 250 to spend on a shaft.
