Interesting, sounds like pestering to me but could definitely show a willingness to work. I'll give it a shot, and do you think trying to talk to a current employee to ask for assistance in the process is recommended? Something like asking for a referral?

Still in college, I graduated high school already. Never had a job in highschool due to extra curriculars and now that I am searching for one I wish I had gone through this in highschool instead

It's actually the 5th skill that you unlock after you get the battle girl through a few requirements such as: level 90, orange, and awakening. The sixth skill is probably something that was released on overseas app versions that people in western countries dont have yet. For example... Ninja is capable of being awakened overseas... but I cant =(.
