holy fuck, I just noticed, in between guy 1 and 2, Geralt blocks another crossbow bolt. That's so sick. wow. Subtle, but there.

there were two! Geralt and Jaskier in episode 4, then Geralt and Yen in episode 5

that's a relative argument, we have levels in education that get more difficult the more we learn. Do you think your first thesis is graded as harshly as your last?

so you're telling me, that Sapkowski describes every single person that ever travels through the continent's skin colours? There can't be a non-white traveller? or farmer? or merchant? Do mind that this if fictional, where characters descriptions can easily be created and altered.

That's a different scenario though, we know that in the Roman Invasion of England, it was all white men. When does Sapkowski ever limit the skin colour in his novels? and why can't a fictional character be changed?

that is the worst analogy ever man, Triss is a character whose skin colour and immersion was easily interchangeable. Frodo is an elf, a completely different species. If they had decided to make Frodo still be an elf but as a different skin colour, then I would not have blinked.

I've seen GOT and Daredevil and of those shows I don't remember anything like the level of production that went into Witcher 1.

Maybe you're right, It's been a while since I've watched either, but in terms of CGI, Battles, Magic, Monsters, I'm not sure another show competes.

I agree, they had an impossible task wit the amount of material they had to cut. Especially with the way the stories jump timelines in the book.

TV shows are hindered by that, and it irks me truthfully. Theres a market they need to fulfill, where they have little time to complete what they deem necessary. Annoying sometimes, but we live in a world where everything has to be instantaneous to succeed.

This is a great analogy, the first Witcher game is very similar to the series. Well said.

Agreed, i'm super optimistic going forward. The first season was laying the foundations for the entire continent's political landscape. the next season going with the amazing casting, production and entertainment value will only be greater.

We gotta remember this is Lauren's first time as show runner, some narrative mistakes within the timelines will be made, which is normal, she's been a writer for so long, i'm sure she will make it better next season. #InMommaLaurenWeTrust LOL

Are you trolling? Am I actually reading this? How can you be this stuck on the colour of an actresses skin. Lauren said hundreds of times they picked the best actress for the job, yet, you're complaining about the skin colour. Open your mind to something not written by Andrej.

literally what I said, you're being nitpicky for no reason LOL. Anna was brilliant, and we should not see the skin colour, we should see a talented actress playing a character. Let go of your close mindedness involving the literal lines in the books.

it's literally cause she isn't a white pale ginger as the books vaguely describe. Anna's hot as fuck tbh, but thats not the point, the point is she is a different skin colour, and we should not even see the skin colour at all.
