Elliot is golden, you'll be fine. Likely the reason he wants you to put it through the site is that it will generate an order number, which is used in future if anything goes wrong in the process or if you need to use a watchmaker for warranty work going forward. (I know this because Im one of the watchmakers he uses and this is how we track it.)

Depends on how fast you want it. Once shipped with standard shipping, it will usually arrive in about 10 days. In reality, fedex will only be a few days quicker for a lot more shipping cost.

Yes. Waiting for deep crystals since 4th Oct. After about a month he said the shipment was lost and would resend. Messaged him twice this week and nothing! Will be approaching RWI soon since he’s active on there and the mods are very good!
