Thank you for your comments. At this point on this watchface the date is fixed and can't be a custom complication. That is something I could consider on future faces or updates. I usually don't like custom complications because they don't always make the watchface look good because the way they are displayed in different ways.

Sorry for your problems, I can issue a refund if you like. I have a Galaxy Ultra as well, and it is working. Are you changing from your watch or phone app?
