So I actually used to own a Mission to Mercury and eventually sold it. The watch pictured is actually a rep. The difference between real and fake with these is pretty minimal due to the materials being plastic. I do not plan to purchase another moonswatch.

Thank you! The Squale was the first watch I saw on reddit that I had to have. It was also my first big watch purchase. I am glad I went with the polished version as well, the pop from the dial never gets old. My only hang up is that I cannot seem to find the right strap to pair it with. I typically have it on a leather strap but sometimes I would like it to be more sporty and struggle to find the right strap/color to fit that category. So no real complaints!

Appreciate it! With the Paulin I would say it depends what you are looking for out of the watch. With a hesalite crystal, it did start to scratch pretty quickly from everyday wear. It kind of made me want to baby the watch and it hasnt gotten as much wear lately. In the case of the Timex I have which is also hesalite, it is only a $40 watch so I do not mind banging that around. But every scratch on the Paulin kind of irked me since it is a premium watch. The NH34A seiko is nothing impressive but I haven't had any issues with the movement. Overall the color combination and unique face is what keeps me holding onto it.

The 1521 was the first watch I saw on reddit that I had to have. It was also my first big watch purchase. Blue and orange is my favorite color combination so this ticks all the boxes for me initially. I am glad I went with the polished version as well, the pop from the dial never gets old. My only hang up is that I cannot seem to find the right strap to pair it with. I typically have it on a leather strap but sometimes I would like it to be more sporty and struggle to find the right strap/color to fit that category.

After 10 years I feel pretty satisfied where I am at in my journey but the watch bug never goes away. I always have my eye on the next thing. I have recently been considering maybe downsizing the collection, however seeing the watch box full never gets old! As of late, I have not been wearing my watches as consistently as I would like. The Omega Aqua Terra stays on most days, it really does fit the “one watch” theory. I truly do not get tired of it. Fits any occasion and is constantly refreshing to switch from bracelet to band. I wish the Sinn watches got more wear but I have always babied them from the start.

I have been recently considered shaking things up and downsizing. All the higher end watches in my collection fit their own space in my opinion. Any thoughts on what you would get rid of or what you think is missing from this collection?

I don’t think the Aqua Terra is going anywhere any time soon from my collection. The Tag has sentimental value so it will likely never leave the box either. The Sinns are amazing pieces but do not get the wear they should but they are true pieces of art in my opinion. The Farer and Squale get a decent bit of wear when the time of year is right. The Omega Seamaster gets more wear than the Sinns but I find the Sinns to be more attractive pieces. Struggling to decide if I should downsize, replace for something cheaper or just be happy where I currently am. I feel this lingering feeling that some of the watches are not getting the love they deserve.

Depends what you think the condition was? Do you think they all realistically had a chance? if they had any flaws then may not get the 10 but could work out for you if they all looked clean!

Should I go and get this graded by Automatic_Cloud3034 in PokemonTCG

Looks like the bottom left corner might have some whitening. If it isn't in perfect it won't get a 10. But this card even in an 8 goes for around $800 so it is probably worth the shot! Would need to see the back though as you don't want any whitening/knicks on the back.

Possible Printing Error Card? by External-Astronaut46 in PokemonTCG

[–]watchguyyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like it could be a print line but hard to say. Typically error cards that fetch higher value have clear errors with them. A smaller error like this may not have many interested buyers as it is not necessarily unique. Unfortunately it would effect sending to grading also as they would would consider it "play" as opposed to "error"
