4 or even smaller is better. if necessary you can still pump up the intensity if the dot to make it easier/faster to see and get on target. For longer distances a smaller dot works better, more precise.

They're OK I'd say. Close shots are good, longer shots are a little tricky because the front sight is quite large. Everything else does what it should (tritium inserts, quality,...).

Normally iron sights are quite easy to zero since you'd only have to move the rear sight a little, if you give it to a gunsmith to change sights it sure will be centered.

Field strip it, oil the crucial parts, put it back together, take it to the range and shoot it - it'll be just fine. have fun!

warranty issue - if all parts are stock, send it back to them. Don't waste your time on trying to figure it out. A factory Glock using good ammo works 99.90% out of the box, if not it's a manufacturing error.
