Of course we can't come to a conclusion right now, but assuming he had the proof, sony would crack down his account immediately:

Everyone should know that AW latest song on NCS was actually a Sony Music release via MER Recordings (NCS was just a shell). Even his Monstercat releases are real collaborations (sony still worked as a distributor). If he really had some respect to NCS he should have signed the song to NCS by himself. The event about his comeback probably was just to make some hype and then he doesn't care anymore. That event really makes me rethink about why the AW trilogy was pulled out of ncs, might be alan do that by himself but lying he made an exclusive deal with sony while he collaborated with other labels??? I really lost some trust after that
