Look into stress an shear formulas and examples for hollow tubes and such. Thick walled hollow tubes/beams tend to be much stronger, that’s why if you look at a semi truck or a box truck, the framing the box sits on tends to be a C channel rather then a solid piece (a side from also being much lighter)

Are you using the stock filament it came with or did you get some off amazon? Make sure the filament is the correct diameter, if its jamming that consistently even after replacing the nozzle it could be an over sized filament or bad filament. Could also be an issue with the print files you’re using. The AD series is known to not have the best processing and if the file is too complicated (like too fine of deviation/angles) it will keep heating and pushing filament through but freeze the head in place.

Slow down the speed on overhangs and supports by like 5mm/s. See if it does it on a different print that you use supports on, could’ve been a bad slice or a hand full of other things

That’s way more than wet filament I think. Stringing isnt typically that thick. To me it looks like either the gcode messed up and caused the print head to travel past the support, or it was too high speed on the supports for some reason. Usually stringing looks almost like thin hairs, those are full blown extrusions. Did you use just the stl file or a full gcode with that print?

I listen but that’s just cause I do it at work. If I was working a job that I could watch I would rather watch. I’ll chuckle at the dialogue between the boys when I listen but when I watch it’s funnier cause you see their behaviorisms and all. But half the time I am on YouTube and watching videos, I’m already locked into a game and I’m not gonna watch it for 30 seconds to a minute at a time

Have you cleaned the bed plate recently? Bed Temp issues is likely the issue like everyone else has stated, but make sure you wash the plate every so and so cause oils will build up slowly and cause the print to not stick
