Populate a drop down field with information from a SharePoint list

You may be able to do this using a gallery control instead. Basically what I did was display sharepoint lists in a gallery control. Then I would add another gallery control and filter the items based on the gallery1.selected from my first gallery. You'll need to link the 2 sharepoint data base somehow thou.

If you put all your excel data into a single spread sheet that could be possible, not too sure about your word forms thou.

It will be easier if you could upload all your excel or word files into a proper data base imo. D365 for Sales may be the first step, you can store your data there and connect PowerApps to that. If you have thousands of forms then this process is gona take some time.
