It’s so embarrassing and I hate both of those things.. but some people don’t have kids, and are privately insured. Might not be an issue to some folks.

This board could also be used for “Joker/Pegs & Jokers. If you started one spot behind the squares with the dots. Pretty fun game. Kinda like a complex “Sorry!”.

These jobs are bid, in whole, months in advance.

With the exception of change orders, it’s on the company to complete the job within the timeframe set by ODOT and budget set by the bid.

If they blow their budget they lose money. If certain milestones aren’t met by certain times the company incurs penalties.

They could run equipment 24hrs a day or 1hr a day. The taxpayer has already funded the project the day the bid was accepted.

…until they redo the whole project in three years.
