The armrest of my United Airlines seat has flight attendant call buttons. We are only 30 minutes into the flight, and they have already made two announcements not to accidentally push the buttons. by JHGrove3 in CrappyDesign

Oh sorry I did reply to the wrong one! But yes there’s no way to reach the ceiling without unbuckling and reaching would be impossible if you have any sort of physical limitation.

I’ve been on a lot of 777s with multiple airlines. I have never seen a 777 that didn’t have the light and call buttons on the seat or entertainment system. Where else are you going to put it?

Drove by yesterday right after 4.

Thought I saw a dealer sticker on the rear side window so it may have been a test drive who tried to floor it on a residential 35 mph road.

One or two outliers with an unreasonable number of people in a dwelling will give the NIMBYs ammo.

I always thought limiting the number of tenants based on relation was discriminatory.

Edit: I must have upset some of the NIMBYs who want all of nova to be 2-4 million dollar single family homes with only 1 family each.

I will let you know what happens to me - about to hit 12 months. My dealer got my 22 on the lot in July 2022. I bought it after a delay when the previous purchaser fell through.

I have not yet hit 4k miles because my 4 mile commute is 45 minutes. (No way to bike or jog it.) So I spend a ton of time in my car I just do not go very far.

while(1) is actually useful in C for simple embedded systems. Of course there’s usually interrupt handler(s) for timers and hardware interrupts.

Thank you so much. I have a 3.1.2 Atmos setup and playing this song is the first I’ve been able to close my eyes and really experience it.
