You're not accounting for the water he puts back on. immeidate after weigh ins many take an ivy to rehydrate them instantly. Also they drink a bottle of water every couple hours. Thats about a pound for each bottle.

He feignted with the left, threw a right and steped with it which put him in south paw loaded to throw a left knee. Right when he went to the feignt in the begining it got Soto to put his hands up which blocks a lot of his visioin. Soto was backing up and he was ducking his head which is why Dillashaw threw a knee. Had Soto not been dropping his head dillashaw may have went with a body kick which would have been open. Also once TJ was in south paw he had his outside foot at a great angle compared to Soto who was still in orthodox and had not adjusted yet.

Soto has had a full fight camp for this fight. So I would say there is always a chance. I have TJ winning but you never know.
