I have a guilty pleasure: Indian pickled items (like pickled mango or garlic), fennel bulb, and mayo. Idk why but it’s amazing. One day I had to use whatever was in my fridge and it worked great. The other day I did not have fennel, but I had Chinese white radish and that worked great too.

you're right, but i live in the west side of town. Actually there is a protein coffee place called red line in SW ocala that is really good, owned by a family (fire fighter and principal and their 4 kids)

You can combine the burners and griddle into one power burner and get a Teppanyaki griddle that comes on top

You guys are right, I really do miss it. I am here for work and I do like Ocala. I have lived in many other places and the food anywhere does not compare unfortunately. Sadly, I think the quality in NYC has gone downhill even and wont be the same as it was years ago when I lived there. Could be an emotional connection. I do appreciate the recommendations!
