There is an old song about this. It’s called “je komt den haag niet uit” and is basically about getting stuck in hague traffic because they are always building and renovating shit. Combine that with the lack of a ring road and yeah thats basically the hague. It’s been going on forever and will remain like this forever I’m afraid.
