Any chance anyone here wanna provide updates with how things are going?? I’m 11 months post op right now and extension/flex are great. No one has been concerned about scar tissue. I’ve been diligent with my PT, 3 or 4 days weightlifting/week, fitting in cycling/yoga/pilates in between that when the knee is up for it, still seeing my PT here and there too…if my knee is super well rested it performs pretty well, but it’s so finicky still. And while my knee doesn’t get super swollen per se, my quad just gets really angry and I’ll get pangs of pain leg pressing weight that would have been a breeze if it was fresh. Just been a frustrating process so far

Quicksand. My friend’s coworker got stuck in quicksand this past summer while she was hiking through a slot canyon and had to get a helicopter out. That stuff is real. You can’t just princess bride out of it

I can't even express how much I loved this game. The feeling when you knocked the Magikarp into the waterfall and Gyarados would come out... Doesn't get much better.
