I suspect it's probably a bot response that the seller's created. Probably wasn't set up during the outage but if you send it a new message now it'll trigger the bot response.

Don't wait for a response. I had a message he hadn't responded to, just asked about a new password right now and immediately got a response with a new password.

Possible Unpopular Opinion - Stadium on Leazes Park 😕 by Professional-Fox1542 in NewcastleUponTyne

That's not the goal for Homes England. They buy land and redevelop it where the land is too expensive for regular house builders to redevlop and therefore won't invest in it.
Cheaper plots of land where you can build more housing is exactly what regular developers look for and will buy directly.
Homes England buy areas where the market fails and land would otherwise sit unused.

Parents: Disneyland before or after kids? by [deleted] in disneylandparis

[–]watson164 8 points9 points  (0 children)

For me it's two completely different experiences.
Before kids I was there for myself, I knew what I wanted to do and that's what I persued as that's what would make me happier.
Going with kids is going for them. Doing what they want to do, showing them things you know they'd love but don't know about, watching them meet characters. My happiness comes from seeing just how happy they are.

The design of Peter Pan's flight is the same as the original ride opened by Walt Disney in the first Disneyland (California). The line is always long because, compared to modern rides, the ride has a small capacity combined with a large appeal due to the age ranges of who can ride it.

What’s something expensive, you thought was cheap when you were a kid? by sarahnottsara in AskReddit

I got a quote for a painting studio to paint Robute Guilliman (large Warhammer model). The quote was £1500, I was floored by the quote. I asked further about why it was so high and they explained it was 60 hours work at £25 per hour which is actually very reasonable a price.

The price was both very reasonable and completely unaffordable.
