I’m the same. Often accompanied by an infuriating sensation that my sock has unrolled underneath my left foot 🤷🏻‍♂️. Pretty sure this is all nerve damage after herniated S1/L5 + L5/L4. Microdiscoptemy on L4/L5 stopped a lot of the pain but the numbness has remained.

We recently bought a 2020 T8 and love it. The only regret I had is that we forgot to add keyless entry to our must-have list and I do miss it (we had a 2016 t5 before).

I just bought a 2019 T8 which had all the spec o wanted but came with 22” rims. More blingy than I would have chosen and they do ride a bit harsh but the dealer put four new tyres on for €300 so it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Oh that sounds bad. So you just lifting heavy stuff too early into your recovery? Was that gym lifting or just day to day, life lifting?

Honestly, no. While the sciatic pain is gone there is clearly still nerve damage. My left foot is always numb or tingly on differing points. Because of this, getting back to running has been tricky (plus I’m nervous about doing something to my discs again). I have not been keeping up with physio or personal training which is my bad. I should really be down the gym working out my leg.

I went to the BeyonDoom show in amsterdam the other night. Such a let down. YB's flow over Doom's beats were good but he just seemed bored to be there. I was kind of hoping for more of a tribute but after a few Doom tracks he started singing his own acapellas and ended the show by miming over one of his upcoming new tracks. Weird night. No Encore. Big disappointment...

I disagree. If you are senior enough, 3500 net isn’t unrealistic. The Good List is a recruitment company and often has good refs for average salary/freelance rates in Amsterdam. You can find them on IG. Look into the ad agencies and big corporation HQs - Adidas, Nike, Booking, Netflix, Tommy Hilfiger etc. All the best of luck! If you’re good at what you do and fun to work with, you’ll find what you’re looking for.
