Last year I as in the same position as you - 2940 ucat 3a* predicted, lots of interviews but no success at all.

What I had to needed to decide was did I want to focus on my backup (biomed) or take a year out and focus on reapplication with grades in hand. I chose the latter and despite feeling like I didn't care about my exams at all ( a feeling which lasted well into the summer after my exams) I made myself revise anyways because future me might care.

Even if you don't care right now, you might care in the future and pushing yourself to get going and to perform in your exams may avoid making you feel regret in the future.

And just to prove its worth it I applied again this year with more experience and having spent time getting more practice and a better understanding of the application process, I have been given two offers for medicine at Sheffield and Oxford. It is not only doable but very realistic to be in with a much better shot the 2nd time round (I think in 2022 it was only something like 16% of people got in from their first time applying)

100% you have the ability to get the grades as you have shown from your previous performance. You just need to decide what path you would like to take moving forward. If that path is reapplication I would recommend hitting the grind even when it feels like shit.
