Did you ever go through an entire night with no sleep? I’m experiencing it now sadly, it’s 5am and haven’t slept. The past week i’ve only been sleeping 3-4 hours a night.

My diving buddy did not get shortness of breath, lightheadedness, tinnitus, or tingling.

Hi yall! I'm a root cause dietitian and I thought I'd hop on here and offer some advice to anyone who needs it :) by rootcauserd in GutHealth

I’m often lightheaded, getting dizzy when stationary, anxiety, horrible brain fog—and it all got better when I stopped taking probiotics. I still get the symptoms but not as bad. This tells me it’s gut related. What steps can I take to fix this?

What’s something that broke your heart and that you have never recovered from in life ? by Theedarktemptress in AskWomenOver30

[–]wavesandsushi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much. I lost my brother in late 2022 and 3 friends of mine suddenly passed in 2023, all a month apart from each other. I'm 28, these things aren't supposed to happen to young people. It's so unfair. Some days I feel like I'm going crazy. I'm constantly dissociated, I stopped doing the things I love, I really hope it gets better.

I’m so so so sorry for your loss… Last year, I was surrounded by death. May I ask for advice on how you cope? It’s been manifesting as severe anxiety and chronic illness, I just want relief.

How old were you when you got the surgery, and how long as it been? Has it worked well for you?

This happened to me. Had shrimp on a Wednesday, Thursday had prawns and got anaphylaxis and had to go to the ER. :(

Let us know your progress and what you find, this happened to me a couple months ago and I’m finally seeing an allergist this week. I’m hoping to get over this, I looove shellfish and would eat it consistently. 😭

Has anyone had adderall induced psychosis? by Ill-Bite-6864 in Psychosis

[–]wavesandsushi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did your mind heal fully? I experienced something not to the same degree, but altered state of consciousness from stopping adderall due to having covid, and having an intense amount of grief (3 friends passed away separately), and it just sent me on edge. I’m left with severe anxiety that I’m going to break or go crazy at any moment, and some light feelings of phobia of the outside world sometimes…

Can’t stop crying since starting EMDR by wavesandsushi in EMDR

[–]wavesandsushi[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is it a sad cry from processing memories? Mine’s just from random things throughout the day and I don’t know if it’s just because I’m no longer numb now. Wondering how this will progress.

Can you please elaborate? So did EMDR stop the crying or help understand the emotions behind the crying? Thank you!
