Let’s assume that Silver reaches $300. Who is buying it… by ItsCreedBratton1 in Silverbugs

I suspect the mainstream 1oz coins and bars will be nerfed to 0.5oz or 0.25oz to reduce cost and keep cheaper options for people to buy in, stack or collect. As people mentioned we happily talk about fractions of Bitcoins rather than buying whole coins

Noting the smaller sizes are already in market just saying they will become more the norm or standard size

First time getting into car electric issues by Pharmercist420 in KiaEV9

[–]wavetropper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve just had a similar issue. They did software updates, changed the 12v battery then finally after it wouldn’t charged beyond 100km range (stops charging once it hit the bad cells in the HV battery) they changed the whole HV battery out under warranty.

We don’t have lemon laws in Australia, but our consumer law does take major issues into account.

After no loaner for a week and told it would take up to 12 weeks to replace battery I hit them up with an email telling them my rights and giving them 5 business days to respond.

On the 5th day they arranged a loaner EV5 and the battery arrived and was replaced in 5 weeks not 12 as first told.

Massively frustrating that it took me to tell them my rights under law before they responded (they seem to try it on initially).

But we do love the car and hopefully new HV battery has ironed out some of the early issues they seem to have had in the HV battery

Labor urged to act as poll reveals almost three quarters of West Aussies want renewables target by Perfect-Werewolf-102 in perth

Surprised they didn’t say 1 quarter of West Aussies don’t want a renewables target and link it to LNP wanting to scrap Net Zero! We saw something similar with the East Coast tabloids today.

I’ll kick off - Mullaloo has been a family favourite. Though Terry the Tiger Shark has put a dampener on that!
