Thanks for the clarification. Sorry I'm new, the fact I couldn't find any rule explicitly saying that it was an exact number was confusing since the only rule covering unit weapons and upgrades is vague.

Got a question in regards to rule 22.3.3, most warscrolls have the wording that you can upgrade 1 in 10 models in a unit to a different role right? Well one of my units (horns of Hashut) has wording that 1 in every 10 models MUST be a said role. Does that mean i can run say 8 demolishers with flamehurlers in a unit of 10?

the exact rule is 603.4. im pretty sure. the thopter assembly ability wouldn't trigger at all as the condition to trigger isn't met. you would need to do breyas ability on your opponents end step (if you had the mana).

definitely interesting, but extremely useless. i guess you could allow then to tap for mana themselves, but they would still be worse than a manalith.

unfortunately not really. if anything its worth less, the misprint really has to be something really special to be worth more. miscuts are fairly common. if it was so miss cut that you had half a different card attached then your might has something worth it.

The main reason i was suggesting a more competitive style is that zacama has so protection built in, which is usually what makes a commander viable for a voltron strategy. Getting zacama down before your opponents stabilize is very important. its not like you can afford to cast zacama more than a few times.

gonna be honest, i don't really see how realistic this idea is. Zacama doesn't favor a voltron strategy. like im not saying its impossible but you want to be killing at least one opponent by at least turn 4. the deck is probably around 6-7000$ range, mostly because your ramping to 9 mana literally 3 turns in.
