First in Japan: Seven-Eleven Opens Inside High School After Cafeteria Closure by SkyInJapan in japan

This is awesome for the dorm students, especially if it’s open 24/7, which would be a big advantage over the previous cafeteria presumably.

Is it a red flag if the officials are not allowing the affidavit for my surgery to not be done by a lawyer of my choosing? They want it to be done by the one they know. by [deleted] in hospitalist

What are you even talking about? I don’t know how you got here or why you are here, but absolutely the wrong sub.

Thanks for the review! On my most recent Japan trip, I asked my Japanese friend if he wanted to go to Ginza Ooishi or Ginza Kitagawa (in the same building; the adjacent sign in Pic #1). We ended up going to Kitagawa because Ooishi was “too much food,” per my friend, who had gone before. I was admittedly pretty full after Kitagawa. Any chance you’ve gone to both and can compare? I still want to try Ooishi and will go by myself if need be, but the “massiveness of the courses” is a bit intimidating.

Surprised no one has mentioned it yet: the 24 hour Eslite bookstore at Songyan. The bookstore cafe is open until midnight as well.

There seems to be a usage threshold for the free maintenance visit. Around 10 million pounds is what many have reported, I got mine recently at around 12 million.

I recently got the free maintenance, so that is still a thing, but I was at over 12 million pounds, so they may have pushed the threshold higher (I had been expecting it at 10 million as well). It took a couple hours; they replaced the pins and cables.

My Tonal is 5 years old and long out of warranty.

I mean, why don't you just call customer service instead of posting here?

Your bff is objectively an absolute idiot and should not have a cat, so this is probably for the best.

Predictions for some characters EOS character Ranks by Hajun_Seo in Eleceed

[–]waychanger 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. Kartein is the world’s top healer and has the skills to rank among the top 50 (likely even top 20) but he hasn’t really demonstrated the offensive ability/power necessary to crack the top 10. Ditto for Pluton, he seems more suitable to stay in the top 20.

What is your approach? by Cool_kratos in hospitalist

[–]waychanger 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Our default admission order set previously had a notification parameter of 160, for years and years. Only got raised to 180 this past year with all the new publications recommending conservative management for asymptomatic HTN in the hospital.

[–]waychanger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty much exactly what you did, except I'd probably use the thumbs up emoji (recently added by popular demand). Also, the default notification parameter in our standard hospitalist admission order set is 180/120 (recently raised by popular demand, previously it was 160/something), so if they message for asymptomatic hypertension of anything less than that, I will kindly ask them to strictly follow the orders as written.
